Sharleen McBlain

Sharleen is a Master stylist and has been in the industry for 38 years. She has extensive knowledge in both cutting and colouring and is a level 1 deva curl stylist.  She has taught hairdressing, been a Colour Educator on the La Biosthetique professional team.   Sharleen has attended International Hair Shows and Workshops.  She continues to be inspired and motivated by others in the industry and believes that keeping up her “Hair Education” is the key to her success.

Sharleen has been in business since she was 22 yrs old.  She has owned and operated Secret Hair Affair in Kelowna for the past 15 years.  The majority of Sharleen’s clients have wavy, curly or super curly hair and come from afar for the dry cutting technique she learned in 2018 from Deva Curl.  The advanced cutting techniques and tips on the curly styling method have been a huge success for all that sit in her chair.  She still loves her razor and design cuts for certain hair textures ( curly not one of them ) and is a master colourist as well as a grey reduction specialist.  Sharleen loves to create styles that are very natural and then add a flare of rebellious style when her clients permit her.   She continues to inspire and mentor others to be the best at who they are!

After many years behind the chair and having personal insights and connections with people and their personal challenges,  she is now Certified Fearless Living Life Coach.  Life is about being beautiful inside and out and confident enough to show your true colours anywhere, anytime with anyone.
