There will be no waiting area available inside the salon. Your stylist will let you in at the time of your appointment. Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your appointment. If you arrive early, please wait in your vehicle or outside the door, practicing proper physical distancing with others including any clients leaving the salon.

Mandatory face masks for all clients and staff before entering (preferably ones that secure behind the ear). Please bring your own, clean mask. Your mask must cover your nose and mouth. If you are having a colour, please keep in mind that your mask will get stained.

You will be expected to wash or sanitize your hands upon entry. Hand sanitizer will be available at entry and the washroom is available with soap and water as well as sanitizer. Sanitize cell phones and or iPad and purse handles.

Physical Distancing is not expected in the salon between staff and clients although, we request each client to maintain a physical distance from one another.

A strict limit of 5 persons including staff and clients permitted in the salon at one time. This is necessary for staff shift change and scheduled product pick up.

Please come alone, no family or friends. (individual exceptions apply for guardianship)

No food or beverages in the salon currently.

No magazines, brochures, etc. will be provided.

Please limit personal belongings to essentials only that can fit on your lap during your service. Bulky jackets, large purses, laptops, etc. must be left in your vehicle or at home. Please practice safety when leaving valuables in your vehicles.

We will be accepting all methods of payment at this time. We do not have a touch-less P.O.S machine so if you prefer you may pay with e-transfer. The machine will be sanitized after each use.

Retail-only sales will be allowed at a pre-arranged pickup time, no drop-in retail sales permitted at this time.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who shows signs of cold or flu-like symptoms.
